I need to make a PIC, any PIC, identify a specific RF stream. I need to take a snapshot of a given range of frequencies, like L-band, save it, and then take a new snapshot, and compare the two for positive ID, much like using an old Spec-A to find satellites back in the dark ages. Any ideas on how I might accomplish this?
